5So long as section 1 of this Act has effect, section 10(3), (4) and (5)(a) of the [1969 c. 10 (N.I.).] Parliamentary Commissioner Act (Northern Ireland) 1969 and section 11(3) of the [1969 c. 25 (N.I.).] Commissioner for Complaints Act (Northern Ireland) 1969 shall have effect as if any reference therein to the Parliament of Northern Ireland were a reference to the Parliament of the United Kingdom.
