The said amount shall be the amount if any by which the weekly rent exceeds £1.00 or 40 per cent. of the weekly rent, whichever is the greater, but less any sum in respect of non-dependants as mentioned in paragraph 12 of this Schedule, and subject to paragraphs 13, 14, 15 and 17 of this Schedule.

Paragraph 11 of this Schedule shall not apply where this paragraph applies.
