33The repeal by the Act of 1969 of section 27 of the Act of 1947 shall not prevent a F1 planning authority from taking such proceedings as could have been taken but for the repeal to enforce any building preservation order made under that section and for securing the restoration of a building to its former state; and in relation to any such proceedings the provisions of the order, and of any provisions of the Act of 1947 incorporated therein, shall continue to have the same effect as if the Act of 1969 had not been passed.
