Subsection (3) of section 99 of this Act shall not have effect in relation to a notice served under that section before 8th December 1969, but in relation to such a notice subsection (5)(b) of section 14 of the M1Civic Amenities Act 1967 shall apply in the form in which it was originally enacted.
