Nothing in this Act shall affect, or be treated as having affected, the operation of any regulations made by virtue of section 97 of the Act of 1947 (provisions for transfer of property and officers to F2 planning authorities and for other matters consequential upon or supplementary to section 2 of that Act) in so far as any such regulations do not have effect in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Schedule.
