The provisions of Schedule 13 to this Act shall have effect for the purposes of this Part of this Act; and any reference in this Part of this Act to the adjustment of claim holdings is a reference to the operation of those provisions.

For the purposes of this Part of this Act the adjustment of claim holdings shall be deemed to have been completed on 1st January 1955.
