276 Consequential amendments.

Subject to section 18 of this Act, the enactments specified in Schedule 21 to this Act shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in that Schedule, being amendments consequential upon the provisions of this Act.

References in any Act to the acquisition of land under Part III of the Act of 1947 or to land acquired thereunder (including references which, by Schedule 12 to that Act, are to be construed as such) shall be respectively construed as, or as including (according as the context requires) references to the acquisition of land under Part VI of this Act and to land acquired thereunder.
