F3 Interdicts restraining breaches of planning control
277 Transitional provisions, savings and repeals.

The transitional provisions and savings contained in Schedule 22 to this Act shall have effect.

Subject to the provisions of that Schedule, the enactments specified in Schedule 23 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.

The transitional provisions and savings contained in Schedule 22 to this Act shall have effect.

Subject to the provisions of that Schedule, the enactments specified in Schedule 23 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.

The inclusion in this Act of any express savings, transitional provision or amendment shall not be taken as prejudicing the operation of sections 16(1) and 17(2)(a) of the M1Interpretation Act 1978 (which relate to the effect of repeals).
