Every F3. . . planning authority shall, with respect to F4notices under section 63 of this Act, enforcement notices F5 , breach of condition notices and stop notices which have been served in relation to land in their district, keep a register—
a
in such manner; and
b
containing such information,
as may be prescribed; and there may also be prescribed circumstances in which an entry in the register shall be deleted.

Every register kept under this section shall be available for inspection by the public at all reasonable hours.
