Estimates, returns and information that may under section 9 of the M1Statistics of Trade Act 1947 or section F13 of the M2Agricultural Statistics Act 1979 be disclosed to a government department F2, the Scottish Ministers or Minister in charge of a government department may, in like manner, be disclosed in pursuance of a Community obligation to a Community institution.
