In section 2 of the M1Nurses Agencies Act 1957, in subsection (1), for the words following “in relation to”, in the second place where they occur, there shall be substituted the words “a non-metropolitan county or London borough, the council of that county or borough, and in relation to a metropolitan district, the council of that district”.
