36In section 51 of the M1Post Office Act 1953, in subsection (2) for the words “borough or urban district” there shall be substituted the words “London borough”, and the words “or district”, in both places where they occur, shall be omitted ; and in subsection (3) of that section the word “rural”, in each place where it occurs, the word “contributory”, in the first place where it occurs, and the words from “and any expenses” to the end of the subsection shall be omitted.
