(1)An order made by a district council or district councils [F1or by a London borough council] under section F2. . . 10 or 11 above may contain such incidental, consequential, transitional or supplementary provision as may appear to the district council or district councils [F3or the London borough council] to be necessary or proper for the purposes or in consequence of the order or for giving full effect thereto, and may include provision with respect to the transfer and management or custody of property (whether real or personal) and the transfer of rights and liabilities.
(2)When any such order is made, [F4[F5 section 16 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 (agreements about incidental matters) shall apply as if—
(i)the reference in subsection (1) to an order under section 7 or 10 of that Act were to an order under section 10 or 11 of this Act; and
(ii)the reference in subsection (5)(b) to any order or regulations under Chapter 1 of Part 1 of that Act were to an order under section 10 or 11 of this Act.]
(3)Two copies of every [F6order under section 10 or 11 above] shall be sent to the Secretary of State.]
