274 Short title and extent. E+W

(1) This Act may be cited as the Local Government Act 1972.

(2) Except for F1 . . ., paragraph 35 of Schedule 29 to this Act F1 . . ., this Act shall not extend to Scotland.

(3) F1 . . ., this Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.
