53 Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales.

There shall be a Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales (in this Act referred to as “the Welsh Commission”) who shall carry out the functions conferred on them by or under this Act.

The provisions of Schedule 8 to this Act shall have effect with respect to the Welsh Commission.
