90 Term of office of persons filling casual vacancies.E+W
A person elected or appointed under the foregoing provisions of this Act in England or Wales [F1or under Part F2. . . IV of the Local Government Act 1985] to fill any casual vacancy F3. . . shall hold office until the date upon which the person in whose place he is elected [F1or appointed] would regularly have retired, and he shall then retire.
