99 Meetings and proceedings of local authorities. E+W

The provisions of Schedule 12 to this Act shall have effect with respect to the meetings and proceedings of local authorities [F1 , joint authorities, [F2 police authorities established under section 3 of the M1 Police Act 1964] . . . F3 ] and their committees, parish meetings and their committees and community meetings.
