99 Meetings and proceedings of local authorities. E+W

The provisions of Schedule 12 to this Act shall have effect with respect to the meetings and proceedings of local authorities [F1 , joint authorities, [F2 police authorities established under [F3 section 3 of the Police Act 1996]][F4 , the Metropolitan Police Authority][F5 , the Service Authority for the National Crime Squad]. . .] and their committees, parish meetings and their committees and community meetings.
