In Schedule 1 to the M1Attachment of Earnings Act 1971 (maintenance orders to which the Act applies) for paragraph 3 there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

An order for periodical or other payments made, or having effect as if made, under Part II of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973”.
