In section 63(6) of the M1Children and Young Persons Act 1969 (local authority functions to be the subject of reports to Parliament by the Secretary of State), in paragraph (g), for the words " section 37 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1965 " there shall be substituted the words " section 44 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 ".
