Section 14.
1In section 5 of the [1886 c. 27.] Guardianship of Infants Act 1886, at the end there shall be added—
“or (whether before or after the death of either parent) of any other person having the custody of the child by virtue of an order made under this section”.
2In section 8 of the [1925 c. 45.] Guardianship of Infants Act 1925, for the words " as amended by this Act" there shall be substituted the words " by virtue of section 3 of this Act or under section 11(3) of the Guardianship Act 1973 ".
3In section 2(1) of the [1930 c. 33.] Illegitimate Children (Scotland) Act 1930, after the words " either parent", where they last occur, there shall be inserted the words " or of any other person having the custody of the child by virtue of an order made under this section ",
4In section 16(2)(b) of the [1950 c. 37.] Maintenance Orders Act 1950, after sub-paragraph (vi) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—
“(vii)an order for the payment of weekly or other periodical sums under subsection (3) of section 11 of the Guardianship Act 1973 ;”.
5In section 8(1)(d) of the [1951 c. 65.] Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 1951, after " 1925 " there shall be inserted the words " or under subsection (3) of section 11 of the Guardianship Act 1973 ".
6In section 8(1)(d) of the [1966 c. 19.] aw Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1966, after " 1958 " there shall be inserted the words " or by virtue of Part II of the Guardianship Act 1973 ".
7In section 2(2) of the [1968 c. 49.] Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968, in sub-paragraph (c), at the end there shall be added " and sections 11 and 12 of the Guardianship Act 1973 ".
