F1 3B Enforcement. E+W+S

Any person who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with a prohibition order shall be guilty of an offence and liable [F2 —

(a) on conviction on indictment, to a fine;

(b) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum.]
