Adaptations of particular provisions

5 In section 14(6)—

(a) in paragraph (c) omit " the Employment Service Agency, a local education authority ";

(b) in paragraph (d) omit " the Employment Service Agency or a local education authority ";

(c) in paragraph (e) for "the [1948 c. 46.] Employment and Training Act 1948" substitute " the [1950 c. 29 (N.I.).] mployment and Training Act (Northern Ireland) 1950 ".
