SCHEDULE 2 U.K. Consumer Protection Advisory Committee

Tenure of office of chairman and deputy chairman U.K.

3 (1) The chairman or deputy chairman of the Advisory Committee may at any time resign his office as such by notice in writing addressed to the Secretary of State. U.K.

(2) The Secretary of State may remove a chairman of deputy chairman of the Advisory Committee on the ground of incapacity or misbehaviour.
