42 Appeals from decisions or orders of courts under Part III.

Notwithstanding anything in any other enactment, an appeal, whether on a question of fact or on a question of law, shall lie from any decision or order of any court in proceedings under Part III of this Act.

Any such appeal shall lie—
a
in the case of proceedings in England and Wales, to the Court of Appeal;
b
in the case of proceedings in Scotland, to the Court of Session;
c
in the case of proceedings in Northern Ireland, to the Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland.
