1 In section 31(3) of the [1970 c. 9.] Taxes Management Act 1970 (appeals to Special Commissioners) after paragraph (b) there shall be inserted the words “or

(c) is made by virtue of section 38 of the Finance Act 1973 and is not an assessment to tax under Schedule E.”
