(3) The M1 Science and Technology Act 1965 (in this Act referred to as “the 1965 Act”) shall have effect subject to the amendments set out in Schedule 2 to this Act, being amendments consequential on the establishment of the Council.

5 Short title, repeals and extent. E+W+S

(1) This Act may be cited as the Nature Conservancy Council Act 1973.

(2) The enactments specified in Schedule 4 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in column 3 of that Schedule.
