Compensation under section 6 of the M1Railways Clauses Consolidation (Scotland) Act 1845 (compensation for injurious affection where no land taken) shall carry interest, at the rate for the time being prescribed under section 40 of the M2Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1963, from the date of the claim until payment.
