59 Interest on compensation for injurious affection where no land taken. S

Compensation under section 6 of the M1 Railways Clauses Consolidation (Scotland) Act 1845 (compensation for injurious affection where no land taken) shall carry interest, at the rate for the time being prescribed under section 40 of the M2 Land Compensation (Scotland) Act 1963, from the date of the claim until payment.
