In paragraph 15 of Schedule 1 to the M1Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947 (which enables an aggrieved person to challenge the validity of a compulsory purchase order on the ground that certain requirements have not been complied with) references to those requirements shall include references to any requirements of the M2Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971 or of any rules made, or having effect as if made, under that Act.
