In paragraph 15 of Schedule 1 to the [1947 c. 42.] Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947 (which enables an aggrieved person to challenge the validity of a compulsory purchase order on the ground that certain requirements have not been complied with) references to those requirements shall include references to any requirements of the [1971 c. 62.] Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971 or of any rules made, or having effect as if made, under that Act.
