Her Majesty may by Order in Council make such modifications of the enactments listed in the Schedule to this Act as She considers appropriate in connection with the consolidation (whether or not in one Act) of all or any of those enactments.

In subsection (1) above, “modifications” includes additions, omissions and amendments.

An Order under this section may be varied or revoked by a subsequent Order thereunder.

A statutory instrument containing an Order under this section shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
