In section 10 of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1968 (convictions as evidence in civil proceedings), in subsection (5), for the words in paragraph (a) “section 12 of the Criminal Justice Act 1948" there shall be substituted the words “
section 13 of the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973"
