This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
Section 4 of the [1881 c. 24.] Summary Jurisdiction (Process) Act 1881 (execution of process of English courts in Scotland and vice versa) shall apply to any process issued under Part I of this Act or under section 5 of the [1949 c. 94.] Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1949 as it applies to process issued under the [1952 c. 55.] Magistrates' Courts Act 1952 by a magistrates' court.
