The provisions of the M1Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 and of the M2Gaming Act 1968 relating to the authorities for the purposes of permits, licences and registration under those Acts shall have effect subject to the modifications and amendments set out in Part II of Schedule 24 to this Act.
