In Schedule 2 (Registered pool promoters), in paragraph 1(1)(b), for the words “any county or large burgh” there shall be substituted the words “
an islands area or district
”
; and paragraph 1(2), (3), (4) and (6) and paragraphs 2 and 3 shall cease to have effect.
