143In paragraph 11 of Schedule 2 (control schemes), for the words from “subsections” to “1947” there shall be substituted the words “subsections (2) to (8) of section 210 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973”, and for the word “355” where second occurring, there shall be substituted the word “210”.
