In section 65 (financial and other assistance to certain voluntary organisations), in subsection (6)—
a
in subsection (2A)—
i
for the words “council to which this subsection applies” there shall be substituted the words “
district and islands council
”

the last paragraph shall cease to have effect,

in subsection (2B)—
i
in paragraph (a), for the words from “in relation to a county” onwards there shall be substituted the words “
the regional or islands council.
