198 S In section 67(2) (enforcement of standards for fertilisers and feedingstuffs), for the words from “town council” to “aforesaid” there shall be substituted the words “ regional and islands councils ”.

199 S For section 92(2)(b) (provision of flood warning systems), there shal be substituted the following paragraph:—

“(b) “local authority” has the same meaning as in section 1(2) of the Flood Prevention (Scotland) Act 1961.”.
