126 Disqualification for membership of education committees, etc.S
Notwithstanding the provisions of section 59 of this Act . . . F1 a person shall not, by reason of his being a teacher employed in an educational establishment under the management of an education authority, be disqualified for being a member of the education committee of that authority, of any sub-committee of that committee . . . F1 . . . F2 college council appointed by that authority, or for being a representative of that authority on a joint committee relating to their functions as an education authority;
