The local authority for the purposes of section 5 of the M1Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970 (public conveniences) shall be a local authority within the meaning of this Act, and accordingly in subsection (3) of that section, for the word “1947” there shall be substituted the word “ 1973 ”.
