SCHEDULE 12 Substitution of Local Authority as defined in Section 52

5 In section 8(3)(b) of the [1951 c. 17 (N.I.).] Finance Act (Northern Ireland) 1951 the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted for sub-paragraph (i) —

“(i) a local authority as defined in section 52 of the Finance Act 1974”.
