190 Financial provisions.U.K.

(1)There shall be defrayed out of money provided by Parliament—

(a)all expenses incurred by the Secretary of State in consequence of the provisions of this Act;

(b)any expenses incurred in consequence of those provisions by any other Minister of the Crown or Government department;

(c)any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under the M1Superannuation Act 1972 or the M2Fair Trading Act 1973.

(2)Any fees [F1, charges, penalties or other sums] received by the Director under this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
