190 Financial provisions. U.K.

(1) There shall be defrayed out of money provided by Parliament—

(a) all expenses incurred by the Secretary of State in consequence of the provisions of this Act;

(b) any expenses incurred in consequence of those provisions by any other Minister of the Crown or Government department;

(c) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under the M1 Superannuation Act 1972 or the M2 Fair Trading Act 1973.

(2) Any fees [F1 , charges, penalties or other sums] received by the Director under this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
