Regulations may require a person who carries on a consumer credit business or consumer hire business, or a business in the course of which he provides credit to individuals secured on land F1(other than credit provided under an agreement which is an exempt agreement as a result of F2section 16(6C)(a)), to display in the prescribed manner, at any premises where the business is carried on to which the public have access, prescribed information about the business.
