Consent of Treasury for payment provisions E+W+S

7 E+W+S The consent of the Treasury shall be required for the making of any order under section 31B of this Act the making of which does not require the consent of the Treasury by virtue of paragraph 1 above but which contains any such provision as is authorised by subsection (3)(b) of that section.

8 E+W+S In this Part, “local authority” means a [F2 council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994.]
