SCHEDULE 2 Alteration of penalties

[1897 c. 38.] The Public Health (Scotland) Act 1897

3 In section 36(1) of that Act (which provides for a penalty not exceeding £50 for nuisance arising from offensive trade), for the words " fifty pounds " there shall be substituted the word " £200 ".
