In section 113(1) of that Act (which authorises water authorities to take samples of certain effluents) for the words "Clean Rivers (Estuaries and Tidal Waters) Act 1960" in paragraph (c) there shall be substituted the words " Part II of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 ".
