21In Schedule 5 to that Act (payments to owner-occupiers and others in respect of unfit houses purchased or demolished) in paragraph 1(1) for the words " a closing order under section 17 of that Act or a clearance order " there shall be substituted the words " or a closing order under section 17 of that Act ".
