In section 5(5) of the Rent (Scotland) Act 1971 (conditions for a housing association tenancy to be excluded from that Act) after paragraph (f) there shall be inserted the following paragraph:—

“(g)

that the dwelling-house was comprised in a housing project approved for the purposes of section 29 of the Housing Act 1974”.
