The Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 (c. 12)

In section 11 of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965—
a
in subsection (1), for the words " section 8(1) of the Societies (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1940" there shall be substituted the words " section 47(1) of the Friendly Societies Act 1974 ";
b
in subsection (2), for the words " said Act of 1940 " there shall be substituted the words " Societies (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1940 ".
